My 1st cup of Speciality Coffee from a single Origin

Hi peeps, recently dieting had been hard for me and i have so much craving going on my brain~.... and so....ppl have been giving me advise tht coffee can help you curb these feelings and all....and while i was Fb-ing...i saw this page Esperimento caffè 咖啡实验坊...well according to their page they are mostly open on Monday and Tuesday....so i decided to go stroll around in Harvard area ....

It's not like a normal coffee shop, but it's much more like handcraft coffee shop...where most of the things are freshly make and prep.... they don't have fancy table, but they have some equipment and passion to brew their coffee...and some coffee beans are hardly found in Malaysia...and need to be bid for a much more higher price.... At here you can't expect the coffee to be serve immediately nor recommended for you can add sugar or milk to it... It's purely a Speciality coffee... if you watch the recent TVB drama Coffee Cat mama ...the so call 精品咖啡 is now can be found in Kampar at the most reasonable price...

Well, in malaysia to drink a glass of speciality coffee isn't easy at all, as not much shop are doing it and even they have, are you willing to spend money on just a tiny cup of it??

Basically there are many different types of coffee beans and method to brew the coffee, and each method can bring out the special taste that the coffee bean should have....

For me I'm not a coffee addict but no harm trying rite??... and most of the time, i'm prefer to have milk based coffee but there's always a first try for something new~! and my 1st attempt is to try the Kalita Wave method using the Honduras beans... well...for the tasting...i can't tell you because different ppl have diff tongue...so...tasting for me might not be the same for you~...i recommend you to try it out urself....

The one of the kind experience that you can get in Kampar...where else weyh??? seen it in drama...but have you try it for real???? For me, this is my experience in experimenting my 1st cup of speciality coffee.... and there will be more in trying out different types of bean and method..... Try It yourself~

My 2014~

Hi guys, 

i'm back to update my 1st blog post in 2014...

Well looking back at the past 2013, there are things happen that i wish it would be happening and so many unhappy thought and moments which making me lost at a point. But 2014 is where i shud be starting afresh.....Leave to unhappy memories behind and get better with myself this year.

Well to cheer my self/ life up, here are some new year resolutions:

1.To study and graduate by end of this year

2.To get fit and healthy in this whole year

3.To spend wisely and do a little saving~

4.To be happy even there are haters

5.Be grateful for what i had

6.To complete things that i need to be done

7.Trying to be as neutral as i can

8.Try to control frustrations that i received from time to time

9.Pray more for everyone 

10.To be a better person and get ready for 2015~

So...Yeah....that's it..my resolution throughout the year~
